This February, join the City of North Miami for a “Celebration of Black Culture and the Arts,” through an eclectic line-up of free Black History Month events and family-friendly activities. The month-long celebration kicks-off Wednesday, Feb. 7, with a Key to the City Ceremony, honoring Deval Patrick, Esq., former governor of Massachusetts.
